Overview Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Gastroenterologist to the join the Department of Medicine at NYC Health + Hospitals'/Jacobiand North Central Bronx. The Hospitals are part of NYC Health + Hospitals which is the nation's largest public health system. Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards. If desired all Medicine Faculty Members have Einstein Medical School academic appointments. This position will come with a faculty appointment as a clinician-educator at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and it involves supervision and teaching of fellows and residents. Responsibilities As a full-time Gastroenterologist, you will receive an academic appointment at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and serve as a faculty member within the Gastrointestinal Division at Montefiore Medical Center. Your role will involve:
Training and Supervision: Overseeing and mentoring GI fellows, Internal Medicine residents, and medical students.

Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $275,300* (board eligible); $280,300* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $398,350** (board eligible) and $403,850** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
