Job Title: Software Automation Developer

Location(s): Washington, DC

Responsibilities:



  • The purpose of this position is to provide Automation Developer support for critical Business functions and manage tasks related to performance testing including execution, analysis and recommendations for performance optimization.


Type of Experience:

  • Five (5) years' of directly related experience.
  • Five (5)+ years' of experience developing test strategies, test plans, test case gathering techniques, using automation and performance tools, and developing manual and automated test scripts.
  • Five (5) + years' of experience with JMeter, Load Runner, LoadUI, SoapUI
  • Five (5) + years' of hands on Performance/Automation testing experience in client server and/or web-based environment
  • Demonstrated experience with project management software, third party testing tools, change management tools, software development in an agile environment and development frameworks.
  • Demonstrated RDBMS experience (MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ability to write queries.
  • Strong technical documentation experience, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with high transaction data and volume systems, agile ADLC, Appian or similar BPM platforms, cloud architecture, operating systems and scripting languages (Haskell) is desired.
  • Knowledge of networking and system engineering concepts.
  • Prior experience with USF is desired


Education



  • Bachelor Degree and/or relevant technical training with no preferred certification.
