Position Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Programs supporting Lease Line Administration, Exhibit 16 Administration, Third Party Lease, and other administrative programs within the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Field Operations. Their role is to ensure that these programs meet governance/compliance, adhere to defined processes, and support dashboards/reporting for stakeholders. Ensures Programs are operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of Program Management to ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives.

  • Ability to develop templates, reports, metrics, necessary documents
  • Measuring and reporting on success of the programs
  • Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic partners
  • Communicates and champions the program requirements.
  • Ensures compliance to Standards/regulations and governance processes.
  • Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally; possessing the ability to forge relationships and partner effectively.
  • Manages contractors and vendors relationship for the efficient delivery of services.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the San Ramon Valley Conference Center based on business needs.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area Minimum: $122,000

Bay Area Maximum: $194,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides IT services that include planning, development, implementation, and support for Exhibit 16 contracting, Lease Line administration, and other administrative functions.
  • Utilizes various tools and techniques for managing costs, contracts, approvals.
  • Leads the effort in creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs.
  • Accountable for negotiating conflicts and ensuring identified issues are resolved.
  • Provides leadership and motivation to team members.
  • Establish comprehensive service level agreements.
  • Ensures that the program outcome reflects the goals of the organization/business.
  • Ensures timely and effective communication regarding the programs to business partners, including presenting information to IT and business leaders outlining program specifics.
  • Acts as a liaison and conduit for information flow between the department team and the rest of the IT and business community, as well as with appropriate external stakeholders; manages the efficient and effective resolution of issues.
  • Monitors program results.
  • Develops and manage to a set of meaningful metrics to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Ensures compliance to standards/regulations and governance processes.
  • Proven experience managing contracts
  • Experience working with Stakeholders at all levels: some of the key activities include communication, reporting, problem solving.
  • Develops, oversees, and implements policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards to support business operating plans and goals.
  • Communicates (oral and written) with peers inside and outside of the department, providing information or exchanging data.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Job-related experience, 8 years

Desired:

  • Previous PGE Experience
