STS Technical Services is actively seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing intermediate to heavy maintenance tasks on commercial aircraft, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, inspection, repair, modification, overhaul, and troubleshooting of commercial aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Rig flight controls and engine throttles with precision.
  • Utilize FAA-approved data sources (e.g., IPC, M/M, OHM, SRM) to guide maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards to ensure aircraft safety and compliance.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management to support aircraft maintenance operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:



  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related experience or on-the-job training.
  • Licensing: FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in the use of FAA-approved manuals and technical data (IPC, M/M, OHM, SRM).
