We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Specialist to join our Children's Behavioral Health team supporting our program in Mt Pleasant, PA.

Earn up to $63,000/year based on education and licensure.

Position Details

The Licensed Clinical Specialist provides expert behavioral support, analysis, and intervention within the school environment to enhance the educational and therapeutic outcomes of all students. This role serves as a clinical resource to school staff, ensuring evidence-based practices are implemented across classrooms and individualized student plans. The Licensed Clinical Specialist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, conducts behavioral assessments, and delivers training and consultation to ensure consistent, high-quality care and support for students with behavioral and developmental needs.

Our Licensed Clinical Specialist will:

• provide behavioral support, analysis, and intervention to all school staff on behalf of all students and all relevant public-school classrooms.
• review and assist with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) for all students as indicated in Individual Education Plans (IEP) or requested.
• provide appropriate training needed for Merakey School employees relative to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), behavioral interventions, clinical protocols, and other related areas.
• collaborate with therapists (speech, occupational, physical) as needed, in preparation for appropriate individualized goals for students
