P6 Scheduler

Role and Responsibilities

• Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Assist project team to prepare develop the schedule.
• Perform all aspects of schedule updates with the project team.
• Analyze and evaluate schedule updates and explain impacts to the project team.
• Lead schedule presentations.
• Cost and resource load the schedule.
• Track change conditions and impacts to the schedule.
• Write schedule narratives as required.
• Identify and articulate schedule concerns and delays to the project stakeholders.
• Provide team member training on P6 and scheduling concepts and responsibilities.
• Additional duties as directed by Vice President

Position Requirements:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers
• Strict adherence to all safety rules and quality
• Participate in site housekeeping
• Interact with all co-workers and clients in an attentive courteous manner
• Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills /Training Requirements:

• 5 years of field and scheduling experience
