Overview

NaphCare is seeking an experienced Psychologist looking for the opportunity to grow a career in the field of correctional healthcare at the Florence, AZ. This opportunity is located at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Eyman Complex.

Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available!

Pay rates range from $60.00-$95.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. Higher end of range includes limited temporary contract positions.

PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Qualifications

Position Description:

  • The Psychologist provides psychological leadership, consultation and direct services for patients in an assigned facility.
  • The Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients.
  • Coordinate, lead and participate in educational training activities related to mental health care
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted psychologist license in the state of employment
  • A valid CPR card is required
  • Training/experience in correctional healthcare preferred, though not required
