Human Resource Specialist Work Location: Washington, DC Kwaan Tech is seeking highly qualified administrative professionals to join our team in support of the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis. Core Duties: Conduct analysis of workforce structure and position descriptions Coordinate revision and streamlining of OIA position descriptions based off of workforce analysis Support PSO in implementing changes to organizational structure Support PSO efforts to integrate new organizational structure with performance management strategy
