Job Requirements:

• To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.

• You must have 10+ years of construction project management experience including 5+ years of Design-Build construction project management experience with leadership on projects handling accounts from $10 million to $250 million (Mission Critical data center experience preferred).

• Demonstrate relationship building skills with third party clients and vendor partners.

• Promptly and effectively resolve issues with win-win solutions and display natural leadership skills and qualities to guide multiple project teams with direct responsibility of project personnel.

• Are a team player who leads by example, displays honesty, integrity, and good judgment while maintaining the highest professional standards at all times.

• Have hyperscale data center project experience.

Compensation:

The annual base pay is $165,400 - $206,750. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
