Job Description Job title Occupational Therapist Reports to Clinical Manager Position Summary The Occupational Therapist provides treatment and support to consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities or co-occurring mental health and addiction diagnosis to develop, recover and/or maintain the activities of daily living. The OT will offer effective and client-centered services that will enable consumers to confidently and independently carry out everyday tasks or activities. Essential Duties and Functions

Additional Special Working Conditions: Requirements Physical requirements Lifting Requirements Medium: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
