Position Summary: As an Operations Apprentice at Parker Aerospace, you'll gain hands-on experience in our dynamic manufacturing environment, actively contributing to the assembly and testing of a variety of moderately complex products. Your role will involve tasks such as lock wiring, first-stage subassembly, and final detailing on mechanical components. You'll interpret blueprints, record test results, and ensure product conformance to specifications. Additionally, you'll participate in lean initiatives to increase productivity, maintain safety standards, and ensure equipment calibration all while gaining first-hand experience to Parker Aerospace's collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. This role offers a unique blend of practical and theoretical experience, perfect for individuals with mechanical aptitude looking to kickstart their career in manufacturing.
