| This position is based fully onsite in Millville, New Jersey  What we will achieve together :   The Shipping Planner is responsible to ensure accurate shipment planning from the Millville Facility in coordination with the Sales Administration Team, Shipping Manager, and Distribution Supervisors. Specific duties of the Shipping Planner include (but are not limited to) the following: 
  
 Review the download of order into the WMSPlan orders for routing, following customer compliance routing for collect shipments found in customer routing guides or order specifics, following Millville shipping policy for PrepaidNotify customer traffic department of pending shipmentEnsure through customer service that customer fill rates are maximizedCommunicate stock issues to customer service and department managerReview and advise on status of orders from 72-hour report Communicate to all brands Sales / Shipping Administration department any deviations from transportation scheduleCommunicate with Sales Admin and department manager regarding customer fill rate / allocation issues.Communicate with Dist. Ctr. Managers/Supervisors for correct and timely scheduling of customer ordersSupporting the performance of the OSHA 18001 Safety System & ISO 14001 Environmental System
 Bring your competencies : Work Experience 
   
 Prior clerical experience in distribution or transportationPrior planning experience
 Education: 
   
 High school diploma or equivalentAssociate degree in Business Administration or several years of administrative experience
 Personal characteristics 
   
 Responsible, Team player, highly organized, Dependable, Motivated, ReactiveStrong Computer skills (Microsoft office skills)Basic distribution and transportation knowledgePlanning coordination knowledgeStrong communication skills
