The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology Oncology, is seeking a faculty member specializing in the treatment and care of patients with Myeloma. This position will cover patients in Clements University Hospital by attending on the myeloma/lymphoma/CAR-T/Auto SCT service and see plasma cell disorder patients for both cellular therapy and non-cellular therapy patients in the Simmons Cancer Center outpatient clinic. Applicants must have an M.D. degree or equivalent, from an approved LCME medical school, and satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency program from an ACGME accredited program. Candidates must be eligible for Texas medical licensure, be board certified in Internal Medicine, board certified/eligible in Hematology Oncology. Level of appointment will be commensurate with applicable experience. It is expected that the candidate will also participate in clinical patient care and the teaching and training of medical students, house staff and fellows.
