Our Company The Opportunity Based in either the Bay Area, CA or Seattle WA, in this role, you will craft a strategy to drive Adobe's award-winning Premiere Pro core product transforming the industry while delivering exceptional customer experiences making Creative Cloud for video a key part of all creative workflows. You will lead all core product aspects of Adobe Premiere Pro. You will champion a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches, revolutionizing the world of video editing and setting the gold standard for future products from Adobe and the industry! The successful candidate will be responsible for all facets of strategy, roadmap, and integrations within the Creative Cloud for video / audio products and services. You will collaborate with engineering to innovate in all core Adobe Premiere Pro areas. This is a leadership role that requires defining and leading the product roadmap for our flagship video product across all of Adobe's Creative Cloud platform. Success will be met by driving alignment with different product teams across the Digital Video and Audio org (DVA). You will bring a proven ability to deliver compelling user experiences, work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership to make a profound impact through influence. It provides tools and services that enable individuals, small businesses, and enterprises to create, publish, promote, manage and monetize their content anywhere through the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Adobe's creative and document solutions are used by designers, photographers, filmmakers, content publishers, storytellers, UX designers, knowledge workers, consumers and more. Through our connected apps and services, customers have all the tools and assets they need to create and manage content across desktop and mobile devices. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $163,200 -- $324,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
