Evoke is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect Lead to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Serves as subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of Enterprise architecture.
- Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
- Facilitates/Participates in business and IT alignment through a collaborative, supportive and consultative manner, driving OCIO digital business strategies and balancing innovation and growth. Analyze business and operating models, market trends and the technology industry to determine their potential impact on the enterprise's business strategy, direction, and architecture.
- Constructs technology-enabled business and operating models and provides viable options and visibility into execution issues. Run technology experiments to create new products and services and integrate the best of these into steady state operations for the organization.
- Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for security best practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks, where applicable
- Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Provides strategic, technical and analytical guidance to project team.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems from experience advising senior leadership on IT strategic work.
- Participate in business development including the expansion of existing projects, responding to RFP responses, client presentations and executing Statements of Work (SOW)
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Advanced technical proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, superior problem-solving and critical thinking skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A technology SME
- Experience developing and maintaining an enterprise architecture repository
- Knowledge and experience with FISMA, OMB, and NIST guidance.
- Experience with AWS and Azure.
Education and Years of Experience:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in technology strategy and portfolio management.
- BA/S Degree in a related field or relevant disciplines; Prefer One or more of the following certifications TOGAF, Open CA, Zachman Certified Architecture, CBA desired but not required.

- Applicants selected must be eligible to work in the United States, be subject to a government security investigation, and meet eligibility requirements for access to protected information.

- Bethesda, MD (1-2 days/week)
