Description
GAI Consultants is seeking an Inspector (CEI) based out of our Jacksonville, FL office but assigned to the Tallahassee, FL or Panama City, FL area. Under the direction of the Senior Project Engineer/Construction Manager, the inspector's duties are primarily overseeing the contractor's work to assure compliance with plans and specifications. For this opportunity, good public relations and communication skills are a must, as the ability to collaborate with others. We are growing! This position is in anticipation of more growth and is an evergreen position. As such, the timeline to hire is unknown and will be as needed. 2 years: experience in construction inspection, one (1) year of which shall have been in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection. (required)
