OUTREACH WORKER ACCESS SERVICES FULL TIME- NON EXEMPT Thrive Behavioral Health, theCertified Community Behavioral Health Clinicfor Kent County, has been delivering mental health and substance use services since 1976. With more than a dozen locations across Rhode Island and more than 300 employees, Thrive is continuing to grow and meet the needs of the community. General Summary: The Access Services Department initiates all new client enrollments for Thrive. The Access Outreach Worker will be the point of contact for new referrals from BHDDH, DOC, hospitals and other referring entities. The role of this outreach staff member will be to interact with the referring entity as well as the individual being referred to allow a smooth transition into services and a secure bridge from the referring provider.
