Job Title: On-Call Program Assistant FLSA Status: Part-Time - non-exempt Schedule: PT, Varies Rate of Pay: $23.22/hour Closing Date: 11/23/2024 Benefits: Standard; Part-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:
Function: This is an on-call part-time, non-exempt, hourly position, apprx. 24 hours a week with limited benefits. While this position includes pro-rated vacation, this position is ineligible for; paid sick time, holiday pay, as well as medical, dental, and optional insurance coverages. Lambuth Family Center seeks a candidate who is flexible and available to work weekend day and evening hours. Schedule is a 12-hour shift both, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Program Assistant works with families to ensure that all are safe, responsible, and respectful while staying at Lambuth Family Center. We are seeking a candidate who can work independently with limited supervision. This position requires the ability to use discretion when addressing or resolving matters while providing a positive experience for families. The Program Assistant requires basic knowledge of record-keeping practices and procedures. This position also has some cleaning responsibilities in addition to light food preparation/serving. Work Environment: Lambuth is a 24/7 temporary, emergency housing site. Lambuth believes in serving families through a Trauma Informed lens.
