At OneWorld, we believe that improving patient health outcomes requires addressing the social determinants of health, such as education. For this reason, OneWorld operates the Learning Community Center of South Omaha (LCCSO). The LCCSO works with children and families to challenge the opportunity gap through early childhood education, family engagement, and future teacher preparation. Our goal is to measurably improve educational outcomes for children and families.

We are seeking a mission-driven Program Manager to join our team!

The program manager is responsible for overseeing child learning providers, the program assistants at the Learning Community Center of South Omaha and its satellite programs, and the main center building and its operations.

This is a full-time position located at South Omaha (23rd & M St.). The schedule will be day/evening, Monday through Thursday, and some Saturdays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in public administration, management, education, social services, or a related field.
2. One or more years of management experience is preferred.
3. Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
4. Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written, verbal, and presentational) is required.
5. Demonstrated ability to set priorities for accomplishing assigned work, implement action plans, and meet deadlines.
6. Must possess high attention to detail, organizational skills, and record-keeping skills.
7. Demonstrated commitment to cultural respect and understanding and value of diversity.
8. Ability and willingness to work occasional weekday evenings.
9. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and completion of the Mini Bus Driver Safety class are required.
