About the Role: Identifies improvement opportunities across all functions throughout the enterprise by partnering and supporting the execution of continuous improvement events. Provides support for all activities related to continuous improvement efforts and enhancing knowledge of the tools and techniques within the Wabash Management System (WMS), as well as other lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Your Responsibilities:
- Works across Wabash enterprise, including all functions and discipline of office and operations, to support lean improvement efforts (i.e., facilitate implementation of WMS, identify flow opportunities, identify sequence of events, and define constraints or continuous improvement opportunities)
- Delivers foundational skills training across the enterprise and actively coaches to integrate skills into WMS process to ensure success of programs, including assessment
- Evaluates effectiveness of training and assures appropriate revisions are made, ensuring processes support corporate policy in areas of health, safety, and environmental assurance
- Analyzes program progress, utilizing problem solving, surveys, and assessments to understand areas for continuous improvement of WMS Programs
- Periodically reports team performance, implementation schedules, performance to measures, and assessments of WMS or Continuous Improvement Process to Senior Leadership Team
- Maintains up-to-date, state-of-the-art knowledge of WMS and Enterprise Lean techniques and shares information with other team members
- Coordinates multiple continuous improvement projects concurrently in cooperation with internal customers
- Develops short-range and long-range plans with internal customers to transform the value stream and remove waste
- Maintains budget and meets deadlines during projects

Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred Major: Engineering or Technology (industrial, mechanical or a related field), Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Leadership & Supervision)
- Two to three years of continuous improvement experience, with demonstrated deployment of lean concepts that drive improvements
- Lean Experience & Six-Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.) preferred
- Experience constructing Value Stream Maps (current and future states), identifying improvements and leading cross-functional teams in developing line improvements
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with superior time management ability
- Ability to take direction from several sources, prioritize accordingly and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to motivate and coach teams to drive results
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels within the organization, as well as external vendors
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to problem solve using known processes (PDCA, DMAIC, etc.) to deliver results
- Capacity to perform in a constantly changing high pressure environment
