Chief Clinical Officer Opportunity - Full-Time

We treat primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders and constantly strive to meet the needs of our communities with treatment that address individualized behavioral health needs. The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is a vital member of the Arbour Hospital's executive leadership team. The CCO is responsible for overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of all clinical programs.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or counseling
  • LICSW required
  • 5 years' or more experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is required
  • Strongly prefer clinical management experience in multiple settings - inpatient, partial hospital, outpatient, and/or school-based programming
  • Strong knowledge of Joint Commision, CMS, patient rights standards, and other applicable federal and state laws and regulation governing mental health care facilities
