Role: Billing Analyst (Paid social) .... Part Time Duration: 5 Month Location:New York, NY Qualifications * Experience: Entry-level * Project Management Skills: individual must be highly organized * Attention to detail: ability to track and manage 50-100 invoices per month across various stakeholders in addition to all outstanding/unpaid invoices from prior months. * Written Communication Skills: ability to communicate with all stakeholders involved in campaign billing, execution and setup. * Knowledge of Coupa: Basic knowledge and understanding of billing platforms/technology. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage Monthly Billing Processes: Own communications between platform AR teams, internal AP teams, and internal marketing teams and individual campaign points of contact to track and ensure all monthly invoices across all social platforms are paid in a timely manner 2. Assist in Campaign Setup: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in campaign setup. Ensure all content is fact-checked, proofread and has the necessary approvals 3. Reporting: Assist in reporting, ensuring reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner to the stakeholders involved.
