Physical Therapist, Per Diem Physical Therapy Per Diem 79264BR Job Summary ** This is a per diem role. ** Under supervision, incumbents perform the duties of an operational level physical therapist. The Per Diem Physical Therapist reports to the Clinical Supervisor, Physical Therapy and provides both direct and indirect patient care services. The Per Diem P.T. works primarily with adult and geriatric patients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. The Per Diem P.T. with specific pediatric competencies may also work with infants, children and/or adolescents. Physical therapy students and clinical faculty participate as part of a team within an environment of health care that is patient focused and directed towards building the scientific base of clinical practice, with an eye toward equity, quality, accessibility, and efficiency.
