Clinical Social Worker Behavioral Health Adult Embedded Psychiatry Full Time 79202BR Job Summary This position aims to provide clinical services to adult primary care patients with behavioral health disorders as part of an interdisciplinary team utilizing a collaborative or alternative integrative care model in the future. This will occur under the supervision of the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences' Director & Medical Director for Adult Ambulatory Psychiatry. License/Certification
Advanced Health Professionals (AHP) to be credentialed through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governances (OMAG) in order to practice and function in their clinical role. This applies to both adult and pediatric AHPs in the inpatient and outpatient clinical settings at all Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences and UCSF Medical Center sites. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 60-90 days and must be completed prior to the first working day.
