Job Description
University of New Hampshire Nursing is seeking adjunct Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner ( AGACNP) faculty. The successful candidate will hold an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification, and be able to be able to teach AGACNP content specific courses.
Campus Location Durham
Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must hold at least an MSN from an accredited nursing program

  • AGACNP Certification required
  • Unencumbered APRN licensure in NH or eligible
  • RN licensure in NH or compact multistate or eligible
  • Experience in AGACNP practice
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the usage of technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Earned DNP or PhD
  • Previous teaching experience in higher education in online environment
  • Experience in supervision of students in clinical settings
  • Experience with course development
  • Knowledge of NONPF and CCNE accreditation standards
