The gig worker will require the same skillset as the warehouse associate. This includes but is not limited to receiving and processing functions, incoming and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, making boxes, handling corrugate or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Essential Job Functions:

• Report for work on time as schedule dictates
• Responsible for backup if you cannot work your selected schedule
• Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders accurately
• Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks
• Processing and shipping of orders
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory appropriately
• Stocking and restocking bin locations
• Performing multiple tasks within warehouse environment that could vary daily, weekly, or monthly
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by sweeping, dusting and mopping to keep shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and clean
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 45 pounds (up to 55 pounds in Stocking & Receiving)
• Associates are required to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend at the waist, and stoop

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and dependability are essential
• Ability to read and comprehend work-related information
• Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from managers, teammates, etc.
