Job Overview:
Join our dynamic Operations and Innovation team within Talent Acquisition (TA) as part of the Process and Support team. As an O&I Coordinator, you will focus on supporting the global TA department by managing and resolving technology and process support tickets, troubleshooting recruiters' queries, and offering solutions based on established processes. This role involves maintaining candidate and requisition data, collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and other HR functions, and participating in cleanup projects, audits, implementation initiatives, and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently handle a high volume of support tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions.
* Investigate and resolve TA workflow process issues, performing technology and process support.
* Provide high-touch customer service to recruiters, coordinators, candidates, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate/hiring manager experience.
* Manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) Inbox, complete requisitions, and manage assignments; escalate background check issues as needed.
* Serve as a business partner, delivering consultative customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Document inquiries and transactions in ticket management tools as required and leverage knowledge databases to resolve workflow transactions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support various functions across the organization, maintaining strong interpersonal relationships from associates to the CEO.
* Engage actively in teamwork, demonstrating a team-oriented approach while handling confidential and sensitive information.
* Contribute to cleanup projects, optimizing recruitment processes, and identifying trends to recommend process improvement strategies.
* Maintain requisition and candidate data in systems such as SmartRecruiters, Workday, and CRM systems.
* Assist colleagues from HRConnect, Business Technology Solutions, and external vendors, and participate in additional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Other projects or tasks related to the O&I team.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources.
* Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume ticketing system and delivering superior customer service.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and support diverse functions within an organization.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with a focus on email etiquette, attention to detail, and follow-up.
* Proficiency with MS Office products, databases, and experience with SmartRecruiters or other advanced ATS preferred; familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous.
* Resourceful in tackling challenges and creating solutions with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
* Analytical skills to identify problems, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions within processes.
