WhatWe'reLooking For:

An experienced Food and Beverage leader with a background in resort or hospitality environment. Responsible for the overall management of the In-Room dining experience during assigned shift to include: staffing, training, scheduling team members, planning and coordinating all outlet activities to ensure efficient operation of the department. Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, and menu curation, combined with proven leadership skills and a passion for developing others and ensuring guest satisfaction, will drive success in this role. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.

What YouWill Do:

  • Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring staff areproperly trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver an exceptional guest experience while fostering teamwork and professional growth.

  • Manage operational efficiencyby reviewing payroll, overseeing scheduling,maintaininglabor costs, and adapting based on guest needs and trends; ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards

  • Oversee floor operations, ensuring service meets or exceeds standards, resolving any barriers swiftly, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources for success.

  • Develop key performance metrics,assistwith forecasting, budgeting, and interdepartmental communication, and troubleshoot any POS challenges as needed.

  • Ensure the maintenance ofserviceareasto meet servicestandards,update outlet procedures.

  • Maintain reliability to support operational needs and perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Minimum twoyearsfood & beverage experience, preferably inhotel/resort environment.

  • Thorough understanding of food safety, inventory control, meal planning and staff supervision in food service operations.

  • Certification as" Food Service Manager" or other as required by State County or Local regulations or ability to obtain such certification.

  • Proficient in using POS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent guest service skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests required.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
