Maintenance Assistant

Job Objective:

Coordinates and performs maintenance and repair of physical structures and grounds by performing the following duties.

1. Schedule and complete work repair orders from the Property Manager.
2. Work overtime in an emergency or arrive early to complete needed repairs with limited disruption of residence and operations.
3. Use back guard provided when doing any substantial lifting or moving.
4. Support the mission statement of The Salvation Army.
