HOURLY PAY RATE: $22.00 - $25.00 * Depending upon experience * 2nd shift role at our Franklin location, training will be on 1st shift. SUMMARY: NDT Technician Trainees are required to be active participants in the training program for the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) as controlled by NAS 410 and PCC Procedure RI 4.1. Trainees gain work experience under the direct observation of a certified Level 2 or Level 3 or, a certified Level 1 or NDT instructor only when approved by the Responsible Level 3. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: TRAINEE: An individual who is documented as participating in a training program for an NDT method and is in the process of becoming qualified for certification to Level 1-Limited, Level 1 or directly to Level 2 shall be considered a trainee.
