(PCC) \| Aerospace Manufacturing Join a global aerospace manufacturer and help produce precision ceramic core components used in aircraft and industrial applications. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused primarily on die line removal, filing, and part finishing, requiring excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. As business needs evolve, employees may have opportunities to expand into CNC machining roles. What You'll Do Perform die line removal and finishing on ceramic core parts using hand tools. Inspect parts for quality and identify defects. Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards. Use measuring and inspection tools as needed. Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with CNC machining operations as business needs require. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to perform precision hand-finishing, filing, and die line removal operations. Experience with hand tools, filing, deburring, polishing, finishing, or other detail-oriented manufacturing processes is highly preferred. Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, inspection, machining, or CNC experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Self-motivated and able to accomplish goals with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and interacting with internal customers. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent use of hands for filing, finishing, and handling parts. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
