We are seeking a dynamic and influential leader who will drive the evolution of software systems that power a vast global real estate footprint. This is your chance to make a significant impact, bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution, and shaping the future of real estate technology. You will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of mission-critical custom applications and enterprise software solutions, collaborating with diverse engineering teams worldwide, and spearheading AI-enabled transformations within the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium to complex software projects supporting a large-scale corporate real estate portfolio.
  • Manage programs involving custom-developed applications and third-party enterprise platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Partner closely with software engineers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Apply strong technical knowledge to bridge communication between development teams and real estate business stakeholders.
  • Oversee software development lifecycles (SDLC), utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline software delivery, reduce manual effort, and improve team productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate with globally distributed teams, including offshore engineering and delivery teams based in India.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing the delivery of medium to complex software solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with software developers and engineering teams.
  • Experience managing custom-built applications and/or enterprise software implementations.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across global time zones, particularly with teams in India.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
  • Experience with IBM TRIRIGA, SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications, particularly within real estate technology environments.
  • Experience managing enterprise real estate technology portfolios or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
  • Experience driving AI-enabled software development transformation, including redesigning SDLC processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Experience managing offshore development teams and third-party vendors.
  • Previous experience working with or supporting large global technology organizations.

Working Hours & Global Collaboration

This role requires significant collaboration with global teams, particularly those based in India.

  • Candidates must be available to begin their workday at 6:00 AM Pacific Time approximately two days per week.
  • Earlier starts may be required more frequently during critical project phases.
  • On early-start days, the workday will generally conclude around 2:30 PM Pacific Time.

Why This Opportunity?

This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise technology initiatives that support a massive global real estate portfolio. You will find a compelling blend of technical program leadership, specialized real estate technology, global collaboration, and cutting-edge AI-driven process improvement.
