Your Impact

As a key member of their dedicated customer experience team, you will lead the charge in developing and enhancing user experience strategies. You will leverage comprehensive research, data analysis, and synthesized insights to inform critical design decisions, driving innovative interaction and visual solutions. What You'll Do

• Develop and refine customer-facing interaction designs and user journeys, informed by meticulous data analysis and emerging user consumption trends.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align UX solutions with overarching business goals, effectively communicating design rationale and building consensus.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications, strictly adhering to user-centered design principles and native platform guidelines.
• Partner with research teams to conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and rapidly iterate designs to continuously enhance product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Manage strategic partnerships to seamlessly integrate UX insights into product development cycles and optimize critical customer journey touchpoints.

What You'll Bring

• Proven expertise in user experience design, encompassing user journeys, interaction design, and the creation of intuitive end-to-end experiences.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, demonstrating advanced skills in prototyping and applying user-centered design principles to develop thoughtful, scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience building strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, collaborative efforts, and consensus-building strategies.
• A keen ability to leverage customer insights, alongside qualitative and quantitative data, to inform design decisions and strategic approaches.
• Exceptional skills in usability testing, rapid iteration, and translating complex insights and feedback into actionable design solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex design challenges, proactively identify new opportunities, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the capacity to clearly articulate design rationale across diverse cross-functional teams.
