Aem Adobe Cloud Migration Lead / Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

We are seeking a highly experienced AEM Cloud Architect / Lead Developer to lead the design, implementation, and migration of enterprise-scale AEM Cloud as a Service (AEMaaCS) solution. The ideal candidate will serve as both a solution architect and hands-on technical leader, driving architecture decisions, consulting with business stakeholders, leading a team of AEM developers, and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple business domains.

Roles & Responsibilities

The role requires strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service, digital experience platforms, cloud-native architecture, enterprise integrations, and migration programs.

The candidate should also possess foundational AWS cloud knowledge to support migration and coexistence scenarios between AWS and Adobe Cloud environments.

* 12+ years of software engineering experience.

* 8+ years of AEM development and architecture experience.

* 3+ years of AEM Cloud Service implementation experience.

* Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AEM migration programs.

* Should have fair understanding of Adobe experience cloud Products like Adobe analytics, Adobe target, AJO, AEP, CDP

* Experience managing offshore/onshore development teams.

* Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

* Ability to collaborate with an onsite-offshore model.

* Influence and guiding junior team members

Salary Range: $140,000-$142,000 a year
