Your Impact and Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with producers and senior producers to meticulously plan and flawlessly execute on-figure photography and video shoots that captivate audiences.
• Master crucial logistics, including managing shoot schedules, detailed shot lists, talent fittings, availability, and optimizing the overall production flow.
• Act as a direct liaison with model agencies, hair and makeup professionals, and freelance creative talent to expertly source, schedule, and confirm bookings.
• Provide essential hands-on support on set, ensuring clear communication, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and keeping shoots precisely on schedule.
• Proactively troubleshoot and swiftly resolve last-minute production changes and unexpected issues through effective collaboration and quick thinking.
• Partner strategically with creative teams to identify and secure talent that perfectly embodies brand direction and exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain impeccably accurate talent records, booking information, production schedules, and all associated documentation.
• Support comprehensive production wrap-up activities, including precise invoice tracking, shot list reconciliation, and diligent vendor follow-up.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting professional photography, video, or commercial creative productions, including thorough shoot preparation and active on-set coordination.
• A solid working knowledge of talent sourcing, casting, or booking processes, ensuring the right talent is secured for every project.
• Proven experience in effective communication with photographers, stylists, creative teams, and external production partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the confidence to navigate diverse personalities within a fast-moving, high-energy creative environment.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the innate skill to expertly manage and prioritize competing demands.
• Resourcefulness and sound judgment to effectively address unexpected challenges and make critical decisions during production.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience that showcases your capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Direct experience in fashion, apparel, or retail e-commerce photography production, particularly with on-figure shoots.
• Previous experience working directly with model agencies, casting teams, or freelance hair and makeup professionals.
• Knowledge of talent rates, usage agreements, booking documentation, and production travel logistics.
• Experience thriving in a high-volume in-house creative studio or a dynamic commercial production agency environment.
• Experience supporting both photography and video shoots, showcasing versatility.
