Responsibilities Physical Therapist (PT) Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with physician orders Develop and update individualized care plans and therapy goals Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams regarding resident progress and needs Participate in resident care planning meetings Assist with education and training initiatives as needed Support a safe, respectful, resident-centered care environment Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT) Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy required. State license to practice physical therapy required. Two years' experience in physical therapy preferred. Ability to direct others necessary. This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
