Be the next FACE of MRA!

Friendly. Accountable. Centered on Members. Engaged.

That's the FACE Culture - and what we live and breathe here at MRA.

MRA - The Management Association is a member-focused organization dedicated to helping businesses grow through HR expertise, consulting, training, and talent solutions. We are seeking an experienced Organization Development Coach to help leaders and organizations unlock their full potential through coaching, development, and strategic talent initiatives.

The Role

As an Organization Development Coach, you'll work directly with executives, managers, emerging leaders, and professionals across a wide range of industries. Through executive coaching, leadership coaching, and development-focused conversations, you'll help clients strengthen leadership capabilities, improve performance, navigate challenges, and achieve meaningful professional growth.

This role is ideal for a coaching professional who is passionate about developing people, building strong relationships, and helping organizations create stronger leaders and more effective teams.

Because this is an on-demand role, your workload will shift based on active member assignments. The ability to pick up new projects quickly, manage several at once, and pivot when priorities change is essential. Please note: This is an on-demand role with no guaranteed hours. Assignments are project-based and vary in scope and duration - making it an ideal fit for those who value flexibility over a predictable schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Provide executive, leadership, and professional coaching services.
  • Partner with leaders to identify development goals and create actionable coaching plans.
  • Support individuals in strengthening leadership effectiveness, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Facilitate coaching conversations that drive accountability and measurable results.
  • Assist organizations with leadership development, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and professional development programs.
  • Help leaders navigate organizational change, team challenges, and workplace dynamics.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, managers, HR professionals, and employees.
  • Utilize assessments and development tools to support coaching engagements.
  • Support member organizations in developing strong leadership pipelines and high-performing teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Seven or more years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, coaching, talent management, or related disciplines.
  • Five or more years of coaching, facilitation, consulting, or leadership development experience.
  • Demonstrated success coaching professionals and leaders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to establish trust and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • ICF coaching certification or comparable professional coaching credential.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPTD, DiSC, MBTI, EQ-i, Prosci, or other development-related credentials.
  • Experience coaching executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Experience facilitating leadership development programs and workshops.
  • Consulting experience supporting multiple organizations or industries.
  • Experience with leadership assessments, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Why MRA

At MRA, you'll have the opportunity to work with leaders and organizations across a broad range of industries, helping them solve challenges, develop talent, and strengthen organizational performance. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional member service and creating meaningful impact through leadership and organizational development.

If you're passionate about helping leaders grow, developing talent, and building stronger organizations, we'd love to hear from you.
