Now Hiring: Automation Engineer Location: Dearborn, MI Pay Rate: $42.31/hour Schedule: 100% Onsite Are you an experienced Automation Engineer with a background in conveyor systems, equipment installations, and manufacturing operations? This is an excellent opportunity to support major production initiatives, equipment launches, and automation projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Duties Support conveyor system installations, upgrades, and startup activities. Monitor contractor performance and project timelines during equipment installations. Provide engineering support for production conveyor systems and manufacturing operations. Assist with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements. Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, or related field. Experience with conveyor systems, manufacturing processes, and assembly line operations. Strong understanding of electrical wiring and mechanical systems. Experience supporting equipment launches, installation projects, and construction oversight. Excellent problem-solving and project coordination skills.
