At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake's Content Marketing team is evolving into a Content Center of Excellence (CoE) that earns market authority through deep topic ownership, original research, and AI-powered workflows. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will sit at the intersection of thought leadership, research, and AI innovation - someone who doesn't just write great content but builds the systems and AI workflows that scale great content across Snowflake. This role is strategic and hands-on. You will drive original research initiatives, develop thought leadership narratives on priority topics, and architect AI-driven content workflows. You will also serve as an evangelist for the CoE's best practices, extending AI-powered content creation capabilities to product marketing, field marketing, and GTM teams across the company. Our ideal candidate is deeply curious, a strong writer and editor, obsessed with AI tooling, and energized by the idea of building repeatable AI workflows that turn a brief into a publish-ready asset. If you get excited about prompt engineering, building AI agents for content, and using data to drive editorial strategy, this is your role. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area or can be remote (US). IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Research & Thought Leadership
