| Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises. Conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required. Maintains all equipment necessary to perform work. Primary emphasis is on performance of a variety of maintenance tasks, rather than a high degree of skill in any particular trade..
