We are seeking an experienced R and D Laboratory Supervisor to lead laboratory operations, support innovative product development initiatives, and guide a team of skilled professionals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Science, or a related technical field. 4+ years of experience in R&D, laboratory operations, testing, analytical sciences, quality, or related technical environments. 2+ years of leadership experience, including team, project, or technical leadership. Experience working in a regulated industry; medical device experience preferred. Knowledge of laboratory testing, method development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Duties Supervise daily laboratory operations, testing activities, and resource utilization. Lead, coach, and develop laboratory staff while fostering a culture of quality and collaboration. Manage project priorities, laboratory capabilities, and resource planning. Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Product Development. Support testing, validation, process improvements, equipment planning, and operational excellence initiatives. Monitor laboratory performance metrics and communicate project status to stakeholders. Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a laboratory environment and perform routine supervisory and operational responsibilities.
