Now Hiring: Electron Beam Welder Lang Technician Location: Natick, MA Pay Rate: $35.00 - $60.00/hour Are you an experienced welder looking to work on cutting-edge aerospace and precision manufacturing projects? Job Duties Set up, operate, and monitor precision welding equipment Perform high-quality welds on complex metal components and tubing assemblies Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications Build and utilize fixtures, tooling, and weld setups Prepare and inspect parts to ensure quality and leak-tight connections Use precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers Troubleshoot welding equipment and perform routine maintenance Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of experience in electron beam, laser, orbital, or precision welding Experience reading blueprints and working to tight tolerances TIG welding experience highly preferred Aerospace, defense, medical device, or high-precision manufacturing experience is a plus Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
