What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers to produce precision-machined parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and GD&T specifications.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Monitor part quality and ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced machinists and machine operators.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

• CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Okuma, Mori Seiki, Haas, Mazak, or similar CNC equipment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, and workholding methods.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Proficiency using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
