The Industrial Electrician is a full-time position that requires overtime and travel through peak season, reports to the Fleet Manager, and has no supervisory responsibility. Knowledge to troubleshoot, repair and install various 480-volt systems used in mining equipment including control systems, starters, motors, VFDs, soft starts, etc. Work involved with various aspects of building and wiring of Redi-Mix plants and other similar work as needed. Follow all local building codes. Plan and schedule construction timelines. Ensure all wiring is completed in a professional and thorough manner. Resource supplies in a cost-effective manner. Teach, coach, and work with the team in a constructive manner. Additional duties as assigned by management, as this job description is non-exhaustive. Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e., work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours).
