Job Duties Safely operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Clamp equipment. Use Zebra RF scanners for picking, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, and order processing. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse. Work within a WMS and 3PL environment to maintain inventory accuracy. Organize and store products using modular racking systems (T-racks). Assist with shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and inventory audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety procedures and meet daily productivity goals. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, 3PL, or logistics environment. 2-3 years of experience operating Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Clamp Trucks. Experience using Zebra RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required. Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds, including boxed furniture. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods. Must wear steel-toe shoes and follow all warehouse safety requirements. Ability to work overtime as needed.
