Position Title: Junior Technician

Junior Technician Responsibilities: - Assist with product assembly and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) for inbound and outbound equipment - Perform basic equipment setup, testing, and final quality checks prior to shipment or customer delivery - Support senior technicians with equipment preparation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities - Help maintain quality-control standards throughout the assembly and inspection process - Assist with the preparation and organization of equipment for customer demonstrations, trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions - Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and materials within the shop and warehouse - Maintain accurate records of completed inspections, repairs, and service activities as required - Ensure work areas, tools, and equipment are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times - Support general shop and warehouse operations to promote efficiency and productivity Requirements for Junior Technician: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment assembly, maintenance, or repair - Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and materials as needed - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred - Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer demonstrations, training sessions, or dealer events QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
