Job Duties Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles. Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets, upholstery, and floor mats. Wash, dry, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors. Clean and condition dashboards, door panels, seats, and other interior surfaces. Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, and other vehicle components. Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report any damage or concerns discovered during the detailing process. Safely operate detailing equipment, pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and other tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and proper handling instructions for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Complete assigned vehicles within established productivity and quality expectations. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Experience Requirements Previous automotive detailing experience preferred. Experience using detailing equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and polishing tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Ability to work on and around vehicles for extended periods. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions when detailing vehicles outdoors.
