Job Duties Operate a stand-up reach truck/forklift in a safe and efficient manner. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse. Pick and replenish inventory using RF scanners. Store products in designated rack locations while maintaining inventory accuracy. Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report equipment issues. Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts as needed. Work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods. Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of stand-up reach forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred. Experience operating stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and organizational skills. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a refrigerated/cold-storage warehouse environment for extended periods. Must provide and wear steel-toe boots; all other required PPE is supplied.
