Job Duties

• Set up of the banquet facilities, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, serving ware, and, if applicable, some decorations.
• Plating and serving of the guests' meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a quicker and timelier set-up and tear-down of banquet facilities.
• Provide personalized service and use the guest's name.
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines.
• Various other duties may be assigned as the roster of banquets changes.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
