Our Resources team focuses on the Power, Waste, and Industrial market sectors.

As part of our Power sector, you'll help shape how electricity is generated, transmitted and delivered as global energy demands grow. From massive data centers to modernizing transmission systems, our industry-recognized engineers and scientists have been at the forefront of grid transformation for more than a century. You'll work side-by-side with these experts and contribute to reliable, resilient and sustainable power systems, helping communities thrive and industries expand.

As part of our Waste sector, you'll help shape solid waste infrastructure and environmental stewardship. With a top-tier industry ranking, our team delivers comprehensive solutions that span waste planning, remediation, engineering and implementation. You'll collaborate closely with clients and communities to design sustainable, cost-effective systems that contribute to cleaner environments and healthier communities.

As part of our Industrial sector, you'll help shape efficient, advanced infrastructure and environmental stewardship. We partner with clients across industries to responsibly optimize processes, modernize facilities and solve complex challenges. Our work spans the full project life cycle, from up-front evaluation and planning studies through design and into construction monitoring and operations.

In the role of Resources Marketing Intern, we'll count on you to:
  • Assist other members of the marketing team in the preparation of proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, presentations, and announcements
  • Provide support for the marketing team, including data entry, note taking, technical editing, and graphics support
  • Assist with maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, cataloging marketing assets, and other data driven tasks
  • Edit, customize, and/or write project descriptions and staff resumes
  • Conduct research and produce documents and reports
  • Follow the company's brand strategy
  • Support other administrative duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, business, or related field
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
  • Preference will be given to local candidates
Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
